Q: How many people can the villa accommodate?

A: Alla Selva comfortably accommodates up to eight guests in four large double bedrooms. Additional sleeping arrangements can be made with a very comfortable sofa bed.


Q: Is the villa suitable for children?

A: Yes, families with children are welcome. However, please note that the pool perimeter is unfenced, so supervision is important for young children’s safety.


Q: Are pets allowed at the villa?

A: Generally we do not allow pets. However if you would like to contact us we may make an exception on a case by case basis


Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?

A: Check-in is from 3 pm on Saturday and check-out is by 10 am the following Saturday. If you require flexibility with these times, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.


Q: Is there Wi-Fi available at the villa?

A: Yes, we offer Wi-Fi connectivity to ensure our guests stay connected. The speeds are approximately 10 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload.


Q: Is the kitchen fully equipped?

A: Absolutely! Our kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven range cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, and microwave, along with all necessary utensils and cookware.


Q: Can meals be prepared for us?

A: Yes, our housekeeper can arrange to have meals prepared and delivered to the villa for an additional charge. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use this service.


Q: Is there a cleaning service provided?

A: The villa is cleaned weekly on changeover days. Additional cleaning services, as well as laundry and extra linen/towels, are available upon request for an extra charge.


Q: What local attractions are nearby?

A: Alla Selva is close to a variety of attractions, including medieval villages, Roman sites, the Sibillini National Park, and the coast. We provide a comprehensive guide in the villa with information on local attractions and amenities.


Q: Is there a security deposit required?

A: A refundable security/damages deposit of £400 is required with the final payment, returned one week after your stay, assuming no damages.
